By accessing, using, or registering for any part of the Service, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
The Company reserves the right to update and modify these Terms at any time, with any such updates becoming effective once posted on the Service. We will notify you of significant changes where possible, but continued use of the Service after the changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Service according to the terms set out in this Agreement. This includes any updates or improvements to the Service that we may provide from time to time.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account ("Account"). You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when registering and keeping it up to date. You must also maintain the security of your account, including your password. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

However, by using the Service, you grant us the right to store, process, and display your Customer Content as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your Customer Content complies with all applicable laws.
We may aggregate and analyze data regarding the use of the Service for internal business purposes. This aggregated data will not identify you or your users personally. We reserve the right to use this aggregated data for improving the Service and for other business purposes.
If you choose to use payment processing features through Kiss Invoice, you may be required to agree to additional terms with third-party providers such as payment processors. These services are subject to their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party providers.
You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees and charges associated with your use of the Service. All fees are non-refundable and will be billed according to the plan you select. Payment will be processed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).
If payment is not made when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
The Service, including all intellectual property rights (e.g., trademarks, copyrights, software), is owned by Kiss Invoice or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights to the Company's intellectual property except for the limited right to use the Service.
If you provide us with feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to you, and you will not have any right to royalties or compensation.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of this Agreement. This includes business plans, user data, financial information, and any other sensitive data.
We take data security seriously and will use commercially reasonable measures to protect your Customer Content. However, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be free from all security threats, and you are responsible for taking appropriate steps to secure your own devices and accounts.
This Agreement will be effective from the date you start using the Service and will remain in effect until terminated.
You can terminate this Agreement at any time by canceling your subscription. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Service, and we may deactivate your account. Any outstanding payments will become due immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability to you will be limited to the amount you have paid us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold Kiss Invoice harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or any third-party claims related to your Customer Content.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
Neither party will be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, or governmental actions.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may update this Agreement from time to time, and any changes will be posted on our website. You should review this Agreement periodically.
